To cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Include your order details (such as name, email, and transaction ID) to help us process your request efficiently.

Refunds

If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be initiated within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and your bank or card issuer’s processing times.

Refunds are processed securely via Stripe. Evergrow does not store or handle your payment details directly.

Non-Cancellable Orders

In some cases, such as custom service requests or completed financial consultations, cancellations may not be permitted. These cases will be clearly communicated at the time of order.
